Join us in a beautiful location just outside Crieff for a retreat that gives you opportunities to try new things.
Susie & Phil from Pause & Breathe CIC are being joined by a variety of facilitators, for a whole range of activities. Perhaps you fancy learning how to make kimchi, or trying paddle-boarding. Maybe you'd like to learn how to start a fire, or how to whittle. Maybe you've never tried Qi Gong or been to a Sound Bath. Or how about a Full Moon drumming circle?
This retreat may at times take you out of your comfort zone - and that's OK! We'll all be learning new things together, in a tranquil location.

Morag from Sound Balance Scotland - with a Full Moon Drumming Circle and Sound Bath
John from Well Wild - with a nature walk, transient art session, fire lighting and whittling
Kirsti - Pause & Breathe Community Member - with learning to Crochet, and kimchi making
This is to share a room with bunk beds - there will be a maximum of two people in this room (no need to use the top bunks!)
This is for one bed in a shared twin room. Please let us know if there is a named person you would like to share with.
Join us for the day on Saturday. This is from 9.30am (for the first session at 10am) until 6pm (leaving before dinner).
If you wanted to stay for dinner / the evening activities, we can discuss a possible supplement.
